All products made by myself are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
All products may contain or come into contact with Soy, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts. Whilst procedures are in place to minimise cross-contamination, it is the customer's responsibility to inform the business of any allergy issues prior to booking confirmation and to inform their guests. The business will NOT be liable for allergic reactions.
All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
At least Fourteen (14) days notice for all orders due to high demand. Short notice orders (cakes, cupcakes & mini loaf tins) may be accepted if availability permits. Products ordered based on photos from other cake makers will be my interpretation and will NOT be an exact reproduction.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon order to hold your date. If I deliver the quoted and invoiced product but you do not accept it, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. You have the option to pay the remainder and take the product(s) or leave them at no extra cost.
If I cancel your booking due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery, the deposit will be refunded within Seven (7) days of the notification to the customer.
The balance is due on or before the pick-up date. Please have correct change for cash payments. Bank transfers must clear before product collection. You are responsible for checking the product's condition before leaving the premises and for ensuring its safe transport and storage according to "Cake Care instructions" for optimal taste and quality.
Free delivery within STOWMARKET town centre and a 1 mile radius. Safe and appropriate delivery. Once the product is delivered and hands have changed, you become responsible for its care. I am not liable for any damages after this exchange. If you are not at the agreed location, the product will be returned to the premises and it becomes your responsibility to collect it.
I reserve the right to use any image of a product made by me for publication at a later date.
If a third party collects the product on your behalf, a "release form" must be signed by that person, confirming the cake was received in good condition at the pick up/delivery.
You are liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that occurs once the cake is released from the care of Wright's Bake House. I will not be liable for any damage thereafter.
Please contact me immediately for order postponements. I will endeavour to support where I can. However, if a postponement occurs on the same day as collection/delivery and the product is already made, you will be charged in full and offered another date, subject to availability and additional costs.
